Halala International founded with an aim to:

Work closely with chapter members to stem out treatable diseases through community education programs and provide access to healthcare services.Co ordinate Halala programs and activities  around the world.Operate as a charitable, non-profit organization to coordinate Halala activities and projects globally.Foster cooperation with all Halala Chapters including benefactors, business and community leaders to create an environment that favors development.Promote talent through sports and entertainment. Such groups can register with Halala International as independent chapters and must abide by the Policies of the organization. Co ordinate nutrition programs to improve healthy eating in communities.Promote small business through education programs and encourage entrepreneurship among the youth to create jobs. Serve as a resource network for Halala members internationally.
